Pastor Hayes serves as Founding Pastor of South Strand Assembly of God, leading alongside his wife, Betty. Born in North Carolina, Pastor Hayes earned his degree in Religion from UNCW before moving to South Carolina to begin his ministry journey. Betty, a Georgetown native, earned her degree at Southeastern University. Together, they have served churches across South Carolina and planted South Strand Assembly of God in 1983, faithful in their passion for building community and seeing lives transformed.
