James 4:8a “Draw nigh unto God , and He will draw nigh to you!”

If there is absolutely one thing that takes place when you choose a time of prayer and fasting, it is confirmed in James 4:8a. Your choice to put a “moment with God” above ALL schedules is the first step from you towards God which is reciprocated by God Himself drawing near and closer to you!  The closer you are to God, the clearer all things become. The opposite also applies, the further you are from God, the more confusing things become. God the Father is the Alpha and Omega and knows ALL! Take time in prayer and fasting and watch the confusion dissipate as clarity becomes the new horizon!

Prayer: Lord, I desire to draw close to you this day. I desire to be in your Holy Presence. I pray for clarity in my decisions today. Fill me with Godly Wisdom and let the words from my lips and the places of my feet and the work of my hands bring Glory to you, my Heavenly Father. Amen
