1 Corinthians 9:27 (KJV)
27  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

The Apostle Paul knew the Words Jesus had spoken to His Disciples that night in the Garden of Gethsemane when He said "Watch and Pray that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak" Prayer and Fasting are the KEY to when temptation comes. Some will say, but if I fast I will become weak, but actually the opposite occurs. Prayer and Fasting make you strong, keeping your flesh inline and your Christian Character in check. The enemy of your soul would love to discredit your walk with Christ but if you will do as the Apostle Paul said "I keep under my body and bring it into subjection" You will walk in the spirit and not fullfill the lust of the flesh. Prayer and Fasting are Spiritual weapons. Take time to arm yourself

Prayer: Lord Jesus, Thank You for your Amazing Grace. You said your Grace would be Sufficient for me and Suffice in my life at ALL times. Thank You that Your Strength is made Perfect in my weakness. Although persecutions and distresses may come, I know that when I am weak, then I am strong. Because Greater is He that is in me, then he that is in the world and that I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Amen
