Luke 10:41-42 (KJV)
41  And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
42  But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

What "good part" could Jesus have been referring to? The answer was revealed in verse 39, which says "Mary sat at Jesus Feet and Heard His Word" Jesus also said something very Powerful about Mary’s actions in verse 42"ONE Thing is Needful" Wow! what "One Thing" in the world do you need to do today that could be more Important than the "One Thing" Jesus said you Really, Really, Really Need! Things in the world come and go, But the "One True Thing" you receive from Christ during a declared time of Prayer and Fasting, as Jesus also said in verse 42, will Never be taken from you. So take time from your "Martha schedule"(Busy, busy, busy and troubled) and do as Mary did. Sit at the feet of Jesus! 

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, Forgive me for thinking I am to busy to spend time with you. It seems, the more busy I make myself, gives me an excuse to exclude you from my day and ultimately by the end of the day, my peace is shattered. I can't do this without you Lord! Lord, Fill me and Spill me like like an endless flow of Living Waters so that YOUR Peace is continuously with me. From this day forward, I choose to sit at your feet and hear Your Words. Amen
