Romans 12:1 (KJV)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

There's no doubt that when we voluntarily deny our Bodies food for any period of time it is a sacrifice. But to do so with the intent of  Seeking God takes on a whole new Dynamic! The Dynamic of Prayer and Fasting allow you to Bodly come before your Heavenly Father and present yourself as a Living Sacrifice. You Present You and GOD Receives You! Come as you are, Just as you are!  As God the Father Receives your Reasonable Service, YOU In return, experience HIS Wonderful Presence.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I present myself to you as a Living Sacrifice, a child of the Most High God. Father, let Your Holy Presence be my guiding light this day, that I might see with the Eyes of Christ and be tender and compassionate to those around me. Let my life be as a light of Hope to the lost.  Amen
